Imperial County Air Pollution Control District to Unveil Monitoring Shelter to Monitor Air Pollutants Along New River

(Calexico, CA) – On behalf of the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District and California Air Resources Board (CARB), please join us as we unveil the newly installed temporary monitoring shelter to monitor certain criteria air pollutants along the New River.  The New River Monitoring Project will collect data for a 6-month period. Upon completion of the monitoring period, the final report summarizing all statistical analysis, overall data completion, and achievement of data  quality objectives will be generated. The final report will be submitted to the ICAPCD for review within forty-five (45) days of the final day of measurement collection.
